Creative Consulting Group (CCG) is dedicated to supporting the empowerment of community-based organizations committed to social justice and making transformational change. We offer the skill, experience and tools leaders need to create, articulate, and implement organizational values and their vision of a better world.

 

Our work will collaboratively develop and facilitate an assessment, planning, and training process that is culturally aligned with your organizational values; and will meet mutually agreed upon objectives. The process will be firmly grounded and tailored to your company’s unique needs at the current point in your organization’s life cycle.

Cynthia Carey-Grant

Cynthia is a nationally recognized social justice and health advocate with a passion and commitment to improving the lives of women, people of color and the politically disenfranchised. Cynthia has over 30 years experience in Executive leadership roles for several non-profits, most recently Women Organized to Respond to Life-threatening Diseases.

She has served on several local boards, including the ACLU of Northern California, and Californians for Justice. Ms. Carey-Grant was appointed as Co-Chair for the 2020 International AIDS Conference and was inducted into the 2020 Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame for her work in Healthcare. Ms. Carey-Grant has been recognized with certificates of honor from the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, California Assembly and the 13th Congressional District.

Cynthia’s advocacy and drive has always been grounded in humility, and the core principles and values of community-based healthcare.

Danae Jones Aicher

Danaé is an experienced Equity and Inclusion facilitator with a gift for creating safe spaces for people to address difficult topics around race within their organizations. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she utilizes creative training strategies to help teams understand how racist systems and polices replicates and perpetuate themselves in an ongoing cycle unless they are intentionally interrupted.

Celéna Grant, MPA

Celéna has a wealth of knowledge from her 16+ years of HR experience in community-based human relations and engagement, individual and group conflict resolution, transformative leadership development, and governmental administration. Ms. Grant’s focus is on empowering people, communities, and the agencies that serve them.
